13. Return & Replacement Policy

At Bengal Vibes, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are happy with their purchases. While it is rare for customers not to receive their products in good condition, we understand that sometimes situations may not go as expected. We value the trust you place in us, and to further strengthen this bond, we offer you the option to return products that are damaged or incorrectly designed.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 07 days from the delivery date.
  • The items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The product should not be broken, damaged, or tampered with.
  • If the item was delivered with a free promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned.
  • Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection by the Bengal Vibes team.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reasons for Returns & Replacements

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The size doesn’t match your order. (Applicable only if the delivered item does not match the size mentioned on the invoice. If the invoice size and delivered size match, refunds will not be applicable.)
  • Color mismatch: If the received product’s color differs significantly from what was ordered.
  • Printing errors (for clothing): Includes incorrect front/back design, wrong design, or improper placement of the design.
  • You receive the wrong product.

How to Return:

  2. Once we receive your return, we will perform a quality check of the product. If the reason for the return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or proceed with a refund.

14. Refund Policy

The refund will be processed after evaluating your return.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not have a refund because no payment has been made.
  • For payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited to the respective payment method.
  • If an online payment is mistakenly made twice due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate the matter.

We offer multiple payment methods including COD, credit/debit cards, and mobile banking. Shipping schedules are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

22. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. In case of damages after delivery, the risk falls on the customer.
